Shipping policy
Delivery Times
All of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
We will ship your order within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. The average delivery time is 7 to 12 business days, with a maximum delivery time of up to 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We provide a tracking code so customers can monitor their order status via the postal service's website.
Note: In some cases, delivery times may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, peak demand periods at postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Code
The tracking code will be sent to the customer's email within 4 business days, and can be tracked in real time from the moment it is shipped until delivery.
Tracking information may take 1 to 5 business days to appear in the system after the code is issued.
Delivery Issues
I haven’t received all my items.
Orders containing more than one item may be shipped in separate packages. Each shipment will have its own tracking code. So don’t worry — if you receive a package with missing items, the rest are on their way in a separate delivery that should already be in transit.
