Return & Exchange Policy
Warranty, Returns & Exchanges
All of our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. We make it easy to exchange items that are defective or different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a defect or incorrect item, customers must meet the following conditions:

The product must not have been used.

It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

It must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Returns or exchanges will not be processed for damaged or altered products.
Customers have up to 7 days after receiving their order to request a return or exchange for the reasons listed above. Please contact us by email with your full name and order number.
Once we receive an email with all relevant information for the return request — including videos, images, and a description of the issue — our Quality Control department will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
If the customer is eligible for a return or exchange, they may choose one of the following options:

Receive a refund of the amount paid.

Receive a new product identical to the original order.

Receive a similar product of equal value.
For refunds, please note that credit card reimbursement may take between 3 to 30 days, depending on the policies of your credit card provider and issuing bank.
Change of Mind or Wrong Size Selection
If a customer changes their mind for any reason, or ordered the wrong size by mistake, and wishes to exchange the product, they will be responsible for shipping the item to one of our warehouses, located in Europe or Asia, depending on the product and its origin.
Important Notice Regarding Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
As we already offer free initial shipping — which typically costs between €20 and €40 — we do not provide return labels, as our fulfillment center is located in Hong Kong.
Refund Requirements
For any refund request, customers must follow these steps before returning the product to our facility:

Take 5 photos from different angles showing the main details of each product, including all tags and original packaging.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, wrappers, and accessories.
Once we receive the returned item, it will go through a quality inspection. The refund will only be processed if the product meets all of the above conditions.
